The management team Anthony and Sean and the maintenance team George and Lynn are absolutely amazing. Every request is handled quickly and efficiently, and they consistently go above and beyond. The apartments are clean, fairly new, and very well maintained. While I'm not the biggest fan of Greystar managed properties, this community is different. As long as Anthony and Sean are part of the management team here, they will genuinely care for their residents and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Lived here for 2 years and I'm sad to leave this gorgeous view behind.

Great Place to Live! We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Linq. The apartment community is clean, modern, well-maintained, and offers updated amenities that make it a great place to call home. The entire Linq team has been exceptional throughout the leasing and move-in process. The leasing office and management staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and worked diligently to help us secure our unit quickly and smoothly. The maintenance team has also been outstanding. David was friendly, professional, and promptly addressed the few minor issues we encountered, ensuring everything was resolved efficiently. Overall, the staff’s commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction has made a lasting impression. We highly recommend Linq to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.

I had to move to CA on short notice, and moved in about a month ago. I was quite worried because I had to sign the lease without viewing the apartment in person. However, the website provided almost all the necessary information, and the online leasing process went seamlessly. The unit is very clean, access from the parking garage is super convenient, and I’ve been living here without any issues. Given the high rent prices throughout San Jose, this was definitely a fantastic decision. Special thanks to Gil, who provided so much help throughout the entire process!

She took the time to show us multiple home options so we could find the perfect fit, and she also helped us secure a storage space by walking us through several different storage rooms to see which one worked best for our needs. She never made us feel rushed and was always willing to answer all of our questions. Her professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. David and Peco are incredible. The refrigerator in my unit was having water leakage issue and they addressed it in no time. They even removed the items from the refrigerator, fixed all the potential problems of the freezer and the lower section of the refrigerator. After servicing, they cleaned the refrigerator and put all the items back. They are great at what they do!

I cannot recommend this apartment due to persistent noise and cleanliness issues. The noise level is unacceptable. There has not been a single quiet day since I moved in. Constant disturbances include garbage trucks early in the morning, loud car engines, leaf blowers, pool maintenance, tree cutting, and even asphalt paving work. It feels like there is ongoing construction or industrial activity around the property almost every day. Cleanliness is also a major concern. The building entrance and ground floor trash area are frequently dirty, and the hallways often have a noticeable presence of flies. Dogs have been observed defecating on the interior courtyard lawn, which is located close to residents' windows and one of the building entrances. This is unsanitary for a shared residential space. Updated on 2026/7/6, two of the three elevators in the building were out of service, and residents were not notified in advance. This caused significant inconvenience, especially during busy hours. Management should provide advance notice whenever possible and keep residents updated on repair timelines. Overall maintenance does not meet basic living standards.
